National Film Board - Petticoat Expeditions

Since purchasing the National Film Board's Campus Subscription this fall, one of the series that we have enjoyed is the Petticoat Expeditions. These films paint stories about three women in Canada who went on adventures to write, draw and take early photographs of the Canadian wilderness. They are well worth taking the time to watch, especially if you are exploring Canada in the 1800's and the role of women during that time. These three women's reasons for the expeditions are as diverse as the women themselves. Enjoy!! Blessings, Natalie
